The Guitar Lab features a state-of-the-art recording studio designed around a 64 channel Tascam DM 4800 digital console and custom designed recording spaces. The studio currently runs Logic Pro 8 recording software on a dual quad core Mac Pro. Effects processing is provided through the Tascam DM 4800, TC Electronics Powercore processor, and a variety of software effects and outboard gear.
The recording facility provides a comfortable and relaxed environment that is acoustically treated and designed to accommodate individuals, full bands, and ensemble recordings. We offer a wide selection of microphones, amplifiers, guitar effects and a full drum kit. Musicians can utilize our equipment or bring in their own gear during recording sessions.
The Guitar Lab offers a full range of sound production services. The in-house audio technicians have years of experience and provide basic engineering to fully produced and mastered projects. Our knowledgeable staff is prepared to make everyone from the seasoned pro to the first time recording artist feel at home. If needed, composition services and session musicians are available.
